Dr. Demeri has two practices : 1) UCI’s Samueli Institute 2) Virtual Consults for anyone not local to Orange County, California.
UCI – Dr. Demeri’s practice at UCI’s Samueli Institute is currently NOT accepting new patients. She has many Medical Group Visits throughout the year where you can be seen with and insurance will be billed. For her UCI practice where PPO insurance is accepted, please Call the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute at (714) 424-9001. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a return call. Please note New Patient visits at UCI are 60 minutes.
Dr. Demeri is the attending doctor to 3 residents and sees patients through her team. She can oversees your care through with Drs. Lee, Soni, and Carlton. Currently NOT accepting new patients.
A second visit 4-6 weeks after is recommended. A New Patient Intake form must be completed and returned to the office AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your appointment to reserve your time. We accept PPO insurance at the UCI Clinic.
Video Virtual Consults : New patient visits are 90 min
New patients are being accepted (limited) at her Private practice on some Fridays (cash pay only, $1110.00 USD for 90 min Initial visit and $490 for follow ups) for 2019 . International patients must be seen for an initial visit if they would like treatment recommendations. For a second opinion, or general consult/lab review, video appointments are available for 60 min $950. Note: Cash pay private practice patients -A super bill will be provided for cash patients to submit to insurance if you are seeing her in private practice and paying cash. This may go towards your deductible or insurance may reimburse you for a percentage of the cost. You may also use you HSA card.
